1. Create processes

The Create Process functionality in RPA Plus is largely the same as in the previous version. The main changes concern the interface—creation is now performed in graphical mode, where users can easily design processes using drag-and-drop and clicks.

Edit process information

You can edit the process's name, group and remark by clicking the pencil icon beside the process name.

2. Operations

All the actions are the same as the original RPA feature.
Interation: Drag the operation block ➡️ Use "sidebar" to fill in the information of the operation ➡️ There will be errors if required fields are not filled in.

3. Process variables(new feature)

What is "Process variable"?

A variable that you can customize and use in any step of the process, together with the system variable.

4. Debug

You can choose to start the debug from one of the steps

Or debug the process from the start

Choosing a profile to debug directly from the Profiles list is available(New feature)

If you have already chosen a profile to debug before, this profile will be the default option for the next debug.

You can check the debug log directly under the process or click "log" icon to check.

You can choose to Interrupt/Skip/Execute other actions(new) while there is an error in this step.

Double-click to delete the line

Keyboard control

ctrl/cmd+click to choose multiple operation blocks at the same time

Use "back" to delete the operation blocks is available

6. Settings

Same as in RPA V1.

Set the default error handling method for the entire process here. If a specific action has its own error handling configured, it will override this setting.

You can also double-click to enter the process details

7. Migrating to RPA Plus

The processes in the old RPA sections can be moved to RPA Plus.

8. Process limit

Up to 3,000 processes can be stored in the Porcess page and up to 500 processes can be put into one group.
